Rock Crystal Flask — uncommon Islamic artifact.

Intricately carved Rock crystal vessels were produced in Fatimid Egypt during the 10th-11th centuries. Master craftsmen hollowed and carved flawless quartz crystal into flasks, ewers, and crescent-shaped pieces decorated with scrolling vegetal motifs and animal figures, prized across the medieval world.
