Sanctus Bell — common Medieval artifact.

A small cast bronze bell rung during the Sanctus of the Mass to alert the congregation, typically 15-30 cm in diameter. These sacring bells bear Latin inscriptions and display the distinctive green patina of weathered bell bronze.
