Ivory Dice Set — rare Roman artifact.

Sets of carved ivory dice and knucklebones were used in the gambling games that Romans pursued with legendary passion. Dice were carefully balanced and marked with pip patterns identical to modern examples, while knucklebones (astragali) served as both gaming pieces and fortune-telling Tools.
